Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website and pet waste removal services operated by DogsPoopWeScoop ("DPWS", “us”, “we”, or “our”). 

Terms and Conditions of Service:

DogsPoopWeScoop (DPWS) and its teammates guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. By accessing and using DogsPoopWeScoop service, you, the customer, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using any of our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or conditions applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, please do not use this service. All below items are predicated based on the service area and subject to change at any time: 

Access to Property:

By hiring DPWS, you are granting DPWS access to designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date. If our technician is not permitted on your property for any reason, this occurrence will be noted and customer may be charged for full price of service. 

Technicians are not permitted, nor required to enter a customer’s home unless previously agreed upon with DPWS's owner.   


DPWS pricing is determined based on service area. In addition, pricing is subject to change at any time. However, all customers will be notified in advance of any such changes. Upon starting services, you accept this condition and will adjust payment accordingly if prices change at any point in time. By scheduling regular DPWS service, you are authorizing us to invoice you via email and or process your card on the 2nd of each month if you call and set up automatic payments. First payment is always due within 3 days of initial service. Subsequent invoices are mailed out on the 25th of each month and are due by the 7th. All customers pay for the upcoming service month in advance by the 7th because we do not do any contracts.  Following initial service, the customer is responsible for payment following each recurring service. If payment in full is not received on time, DPWS reserves the right to pause services until payment in full and a $10.00 Late Fee has been received. 


DPWS rarely gives refunds since we don't do any contracts and earn your business one month at a time. However, if we do not uphold our end of the agreement, a prorated refund will be given within 10 business days. 

Late Fee:

DPWS charges a $10.00 Late Fee and is not responsible if you choose to mail a check and it is not in our possession on time due to post office or delivery courier negligence or challenges. DPWS encourages all customers to pay via our online payment system or to give us a call and set up autopay. Our autopay transactions occur on the 2nd of each month.   

Service Options:

Service options are solely based on service area and services assigned by respective locations at a given time. Service schedule availability can sometimes change based on business needs and general workday scheduling. You, the customer, are responsible for notifying DPWS of any changes in number of dogs or frequency of services. Customer is also responsible for notifying DPWS of service cancellation and is required to do so 24 hours before service. 

Holidays and Days Off:

DPWS closes two weeks a year to give teammates vacation time with their families. These two weeks usually occur in March for Spring Break and during the Summer. DPWS also closes for a few holidays each year. To accommodate these few days off each year, your Monthly Rate is based on 48 weeks a year instead of 52 weeks. Advance notification is always provided prior to any vacation or holiday closings. 

Inclement weather:

In the event of inclement or extreme weather conditions, DPWS reserves the right to delay or cancel services due to Safety precautions. During this time, customer will be notified of such an event and services will be rescheduled for the next scheduled service date or adjusted accordingly. 

Aggressive Animals:

If our assigned DPWS teammate is unable to access the designated yard area due to an aggressive animal presence, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time, but customer will be charged a trip fee equaling up to the quoted cost of service. 

Locked Property:

If the assigned DPWS teammate is unable to access the designated yard due to a locked gate, and cannot otherwise access a customer’s property, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time, but customer will be charged a trip fee equaling up to the quoted cost of service. 

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service. 

Terms and Conditions of Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least a day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service. 

Terms and Conditions of Intellectual Property:

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DogsPoopWeScoop (DPWS).

Your privacy is very important to us. DogsPoopWeScoop’s (DPWS) policy is to respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our web site. The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide you with a description of the type of information we collect and how we use that information. Please read the “Privacy Policy” completely, as well as our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for use of information we may gather. Should you have any questions in this regard, feel free to contact us.

1. What Information we may collect about you?

We collect information to provide better services to all of our customers from figuring out basic stuff like the address and contact information, to behavioral information about your pet so we can best provide service to you, to payment information for the services we provide to you.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

For example, many of our services require you to sign up for DPWS service. When you do, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number or credit card number. We also collect information about the services we provide to you on a past, current and ongoing basis. However, we will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

3. Sharing of Data with Third Party

The DPWS mentioned data may be shared with third party vendors and partners only on a need to know basis and it will be governed by their privacy policy, which will be provided to you when you accept any offer by them.

3.1Consent for the Collection, Storage, Use and Distribution of the Data
You hereby agree to the collection and use of the information or data by Greentain.

4. What we may do with the Information we collect?

We use information you provide to fulfill your request and improve our products and services. We may use personal information to display or send personalized content to our website visitors as well as to send promotional material, special offers and other updates to our customers and newsletter subscribers. A user may, at any time, opt out of receiving such information. We also use collected information to evaluate and administer our products and services, resolve customers’ issues like respond to any problems that may arise such as service delivery failures, difficulties in navigating our sites or accessing certain features as well as to gauge user trends to determine what products are most popular with users.

We allow users of our website to email us their feedback. We do not retain any email address (unless you are a member who already has voluntarily provided your email address) of either the sender or recipient of such e-mail or links after they are sent.

5. How we may share Personal Information?

We may share your personal information with the parties described below:

5.1 Credit Card Companies:
As in any transaction, your credit card company will have all relevant information about the name of the affiliate, products purchased, date and total cost. DPWS will not otherwise provide any personal data to your credit card company.

5.2 Payment Gateways:
Credit card numbers are only shared with our partners with whom you place an online order. They process the billing of such products on our behalf. Rest assured that we and our payment gateways follow careful procedures to safeguard credit card data in connection with your transactions.

5.3 Important Note:
We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity of our site and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; to fulfill your requests; or to cooperate in any legal investigation.

6. How do we use cookies?

Your Web browser offers so-called “cookies” which, if you allow their use, store small amounts of data on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information about you and therefore cannot be used to identify your personal details. Cookies assist us in ascertaining which of our products you like best. Cookies also enable us to customize our content according to your preferences. DPWS may offer links to or from websites it controls to other sites within the DPWS family. We also offer links to some renowned websites that review products and provide information that we think might be valuable to our customers.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We will occasionally update “Privacy Policy” as necessary to protect you to comply with a changing environment. We recommend that you check the policy when you visit our site to be sure you are aware of and understand the prevailing policy. If we make material changes to this policy we will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. We will not make material changes in how we may handle any of your previously collected personal information that have retroactive effect unless legally required to do so, and we will e-mail registered customers and newsletter subscribers information on material changes to this policy.

NOTE: Additional $5.00 a month extra for DPWS to take the poop away from your home every time.

NOTE: Additional $10.00 a month for LARGE fur babies (Great Danes, Mastiffs, Etc.), LARGE backyards, Organic Yard Deodorizer, and or to add Front Yard Service.

NOTE: Additional $10 to $25 a month will be added to your yards with tall uncut grass and or excessive leaves. 

Initial Clean Up* Starts at $25.00

*Initial clean up applies to any yard that has not been cleaned in more than 2 weeks.

*The first month is prorated if an initial cleanup is needed. Call or email with questions.


* Service is paid one month at a time. Invoices are sent out at the end of the month and are due by the seventh of the following month. We accept auto pay, cash and checks.
